We are an urban mill and bakery located in Liberty Village. We take premium Canadian grown grains, stone mill them onsite and use it fresh in our bread that we bake in store daily.

Full Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly and energetic individual to join our food service team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about sourdough breads, pastries, coffee, and food in general. They will have experience in food preparation/assembly. They are an excellent team player, organized and thrive in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to recipe and standards
- Move efficiently and with intent and provide support to other staff
- Prep all necessary components and ingredients for sandwiches and ensuring the correct portions and measurements
- Follows all food safety and handling guidelines to ensure the safety of products
- Opening and closing the store, maintaining cleanliness for the work area throughout the shift
Requirements:
- Must have previous experience in a cafe, bistro, or restaurant setting
- Ability to handle high customer volume during peak hours, without compromising customer service or food preparation.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail
- Great communication with all staff
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks based on urgency
