Forge Recruitment is partnering with a respected Toronto litigation firm to recruit a Executive Assistant to support its Managing Partner.
We're looking for a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting a senior executive across a wide range of business and personal responsibilities.
What You'll Do
As the Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner, you will:
- Manage a highly complex calendar, coordinating meetings, court commitments, travel, business development, governance, and personal obligations.
- Prepare briefing materials, track deadlines, and ensure follow-up on key action items.
- Coordinate travel, expense reporting, meetings, conferences, and speaking engagements.
- Support litigation and practice management by coordinating schedules, maintaining files, and assisting with document preparation.
- Assist with business development initiatives, client events, presentations, networking activities, and conferences.
- Support firm leadership projects, recruiting initiatives, technology implementation, AI adoption, and operational improvements.
- Coordinate board-related activities, charitable initiatives, and community engagement.
- Provide confidential personal executive support, including scheduling and administrative coordination.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 7 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives, partners, founders, CEOs, or other business leaders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced professional environment.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Strong judgment, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote) and Microsoft Copilot.
- Experience in a legal environment or supporting a litigation practice is considered a strong asset.
- A proactive, resourceful mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and leveraging technology to increase efficiency.
