This isn’t your typical fast-casual restaurant role.
As an Assistant Manager, you’ll gain hands-on experience in leadership, operations, customer experiences, business performance, and team development—while helping drive the success and growth of the restaurant.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and supervise a team of 8–10 team members during each shift
- Create an engaging and welcoming guest experience that keeps customers coming back
- Foster a culture of accountability, positivity, and operational excellence
- Coach and develop team members on service standards, product knowledge, and sales techniques
- Inspire confidence in the product by leading with enthusiasm and helping guests discover menu options they’ll love
- Drive sales performance through thoughtful upselling and suggestive selling that enhances the guest experience
- Manage store timelines, procedures, inventory, and food ordering
- Maintain food quality standards across food preparation and presentation
- Complete administrative tasks including sales reporting, tip reconciliation, scheduling and invoice processing
- Training support
What we’re looking for:
- Someone with 1+ years of food service experience
- Someone who is friendly, responsible and has an enthusiastic attitude
- Someone that loves to help and serve others (both customers and team members)
- Someone who wants to be a leader and enjoys leading others
- Someone who is coachable, always willing to learn and works hard
- Part-time or Full-time availability
- Someone who believe in the importance of knowing and standing behind the product you serve
- Someone who is comfortable engaging with guests and identifying opportunities to increase sales through genuine recommendations
