Customer Service & Administration Coordinator
We are looking for a hands-on, organized, and dependable Customer Service & Administration Coordinator to join our team.
This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You'll be the main point of contact for customers while supporting our sales, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
The ideal candidate stays calm under pressure, enjoys solving problems, communicates well with customers, and isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and emails professionally and respond to inquiries quickly.
- Process customer orders accurately and enter them into our system.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, drivers, purchasing, and sales teams to ensure orders are shipped correctly and on time.
- Handle customer concerns, delivery issues, product shortages, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare invoices, credits, and other administrative documents as required.
- Maintain accurate customer records and order information.
- Support the sales team with pricing, product information, and customer follow-up.
- Assist with general office and administrative tasks as needed.
- Help keep daily operations running smoothly by working closely with all departments.
- Provide service in both English and French (Spanish is considered an asset).

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
