Job description
We are looking for a part-time line/prep cook to prepare a variety of menu items to a high standard. The applicant must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience. Must be available to work flexible shifts, (i.e. weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays). Must be a team player and take a strong initiative in their work.
- A strong knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment’s and kitchen procedures.
- A prior experience as a cook in a similar environment, and demonstrates technical and theoretical knowledge.
- Understands the importance of working clean, safely, effectively, and respectfully in a team setting.
- A strong desire to learn and contribute.
