If you are the talented individual we are looking for, we will have you focus on your strengths. We will train you to use our systems. You will focus on sitting in front of buyers and convince them to sign & buy with us. We will take care of everything else (we will generate the leads, send the photographer, organise the marketing of the listings (put it online everywhere), organize the broker visits and much more. We will even do part of your lead gen for you and schedule buyer presentations for you.

Who are you:
You hold a residential real estate broker license (commercial is a plus). You present yourself well and in a professional manner. Not reaching your goals affects your sleep. You are able to connect and get people talking using the power of speech. You are an excellent presenter. You are a good listener. You are excellent at both written and verbal communication (English and French). You are a pro at following up. You had promised to call someone? You will not forget! You understand that the path to success is through determination and consistency. You understand that it will be impossible to achieve your ambitious revenue goals without putting time and energy. You have a history of success and do not accept defeat. Want to join a group in order to build and be part of something bigger.
Your role will be to convince buyers or sellers to do business with our organization. You will represent us meeting newly generated buyer and seller leads and buyers and sellers from our database (present clients). You have to become a master at our buyer and seller presentations. You must be "learning based" and have the thirst to continually learn and become better. You will be responsible for achieving specific goals and respecting group standards. Our organization will schedule buyer and seller presentations for you and this every week. You will have the responsibility to do "lead gen" 2 to 3 hours per day (5 days a week) in order to follow up with all the leads and appointments you have made and are trying to get. You will be also be responsible to schedule yourself some buyer and seller presentations. Once the clients are signed, you will be responsible for managing the file until the sale is done. The administrative hub will support you with a lot of tasks and take away some responsibilities but you will still have to keep an eye on things. You must be persistent, well organized, use our tools and systems.
