Duties and Responsibilities
- Design and Execute Health Research Projects.
- Collaborate with research institutions across Canada, Mexico, and the United States to facilitate medical research and technology transfer.
- Foster partnerships and coordinate knowledge-sharing initiatives to advance healthcare innovation.
- Regularly maintain, update, and oversee health information databases, ensuring data accuracy and security.
- Proficiently compile and analyze statistical data, employing advanced tools and techniques.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of healthcare programs, identifying areas for improvement.
- Assess compliance with health standards and regulations, proactively identifying corrective actions when needed.
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of health-related projects and programs, measuring their impact and effectiveness.
- Efficiently coordinate clinical trials, ensuring adherence to protocols and ethical standards.
- Create engaging newsletters to disseminate healthcare information throughout the organization.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine degree required
- Proven track record in clinical trial coordination and health program management.
- Deep understanding of medical research guidelines, compliance, and ethical standards across North America.
- Strong proficiency in health information databases, statistical analysis, and data monitoring tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to successfully manage cross-border partnerships (Canada, US, Mexico).
- Exceptional written communication skills for creating internal organizational newsletters and documentation.
