The Opportunity
As our Office Manager, you'll be the conductor of the orchestra, the air traffic controller of the office, and the person who keeps everything moving forward.
You'll work closely with the partners and team to create a smooth, organized, and positive experience for staff and clients alike. If you love solving problems, improving processes, and making people's lives easier, this role is for you.
What You'll Be Doing
Office Leadership & Operations
- Keep the office running smoothly and efficiently
- Manage office systems, procedures, and workflows
- Coordinate facilities, vendors, equipment, and supplies
- Help implement new technologies and process improvements
- Maintain firm policies and administrative procedures
People & Culture
- Be a welcoming first point of contact for team members and visitors
- Coordinate onboarding for new employees
- Assist with HR administration and employee programs
- Help organize team events, training, and celebrations
- Foster a positive and engaging workplace culture
Client Experience
- Ensure every client interaction is professional and memorable
- Support client onboarding and administrative processes
- Manage scheduling and client communications
- Coordinate client events and marketing initiatives
- Help maintain our reputation as the firm that goes above and beyond
Partner Support
- Assist partners with scheduling and administrative priorities
- Coordinate internal meetings and planning sessions
- Track projects and key deadlines
- Support strategic initiatives and special projects
Technology & Innovation
- Champion efficiency and continuous improvement
- Support implementation of practice management software
- Assist with workflow automation and digital processes
- Help the team embrace new tools and technology

What We're Looking For
Required
- Ideally 3+ years of office management, administration, or operations experience but not necessary
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- High attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and modern technology
Bonus Points
- Experience in a CPA, legal, financial services, or professional services firm
- HR administration experience
- Familiarity with Karbon, QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Teams, or practice management software
- Event planning and marketing coordination experience
