Job description:
We are a small, but upscale dental office located in the financial district.
Our office is looking for a qualified, dedicated Dental Assistant who is skilled in all aspects of dental assisting. The position requires close attention to detail and strong communication skills. Duties include treating patients in the office and assisting in various dental procedures. We're seeking an employee who will enjoy a fun, team environment!
Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments
- Take dental x-rays and perform dental Polishing
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Manage inventory and order dental supplies
Knowledge of Abeldent considered an asset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Toronto, ON M5H 1A1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Dental Assisting: 1 year (preferred)
