We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Create and post content on Xiaohongshu (RedNote)
- Take high-quality photos and videos of flowers and arrangements
- Create and edit social media content
- Plan in-store events, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
- Research and reach out for pop-up and partnership opportunities
- Coordinate events, pop-ups, and collaborations
- Develop creative marketing and content ideas
Requirements:
- Fluent in Mandarin
- Familiar with Xiaohongshu (RedNote) and social media trends
- Strong photography, photo editing, and video editing skills
- Creative and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
