On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an HR Specialist, Savings Programs for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.
HR Specialist, Savings Programs - Job Description:
This project involves supporting the execution of key activities related to bank’s Employee Ownership Plan (EOP). The HR Specialist will coordinate the wind-down of inactive EOP accounts, manage member follow-ups, and support the delivery of payments.
HR Specialist, Savings Programs - Responsibilities:
- Coordinate EOP wind-down activities
- Support the execution of plans to close inactive EOP accounts
- Manage member follow-ups and inquiries
- Conduct outreach to former plan members regarding outstanding payments
- Support payment coordination and issue resolution
- Work with internal and external partners
- Assist in locating missing plan members
- Support work related to unclaimed balances
- Track progress and maintain reporting
- Identify and escalate issues
