Key Responsibilities
Program Creation and Implementation
- Lead the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
- Translate HR strategies into actionable programs, including project plans, deliverables, and measurable outcomes.
- Lead assigned HR initiatives from concept through implementation, including stakeholder engagement and communication.
- Collaborate with external providers as needed.
Policy and Documentation Development
- Develop and document HR policies and procedures.
- Support the rollout and communication of new policies and initiatives across the organization.
Systems and Process Effectiveness
- Maintain HR systems and data management processes and reporting.
- Analyze HR metrics, program outcomes, and trends to inform continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, programs, and service delivery.
Leadership and Advisory Support
- Provide HR expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams.
- Partner with operational leaders to identify workforce challenges and develop practical HR solutions.
- Support corporate HR processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and effectiveness. Projects, Initiatives, and Compliance
- Collaborate with leadership to advance HR strategy, programs, and compliance.
- Monitor employment legislation and best practices.
· Ensure HR programs, policies, and procedures are standardized, consistently applied, fair, and aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications
- Degree or certificate diploma in Human Resources or equivalent in combined education and experience.
- 3 – 7 years of progressive HR Business Partner Experience.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with leaders, influence outcomes, and drive HR initiatives.
- Proven experience leading projects or programs from concept through implementation.
- Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Ability to demonstrate impact and ownership, not just participation.
- Exposure to unionized environments is an asset.
- CHRP designation is a preferred asset.
