What You’ll Do
Digital Content Creation & Storytelling
Create engaging written, visual, audio, and video content for social media, websites, digital advertising, and internal communications
Develop compelling stories that strengthen brand awareness, audience engagement, and community connection
Ensure content aligns with SNG’s brand, values, and communications objectives
Social Media Management & Distribution
Manage and schedule content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Monitor engagement, respond appropriately to audience interactions, and support online community building
Utilize social media management tools to ensure consistent and strategic content delivery
Digital Advertising Support
Assist with the execution and optimization of digital advertising campaigns through Meta and Google Ads
Support campaign performance tracking and reporting
Help ensure advertising initiatives align with overall marketing goals and strategies
Content Strategy & Marketing Support
Contribute creative ideas and insights to marketing, communications, and public relations initiatives
Support the development of campaigns that enhance brand visibility and audience reach
Collaborate with internal teams to identify content opportunities and success stories
Analytics & Reporting
Track content, social media, and campaign performance metrics
Prepare reports and provide recommendations to support continuous improvement
Analyze engagement data and identify opportunities to optimize performance
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal departments, leadership, and external partners to develop marketing and communications materials
Assist with maintaining content libraries, marketing assets, and brand resources
Support organizational initiatives, events, and special projects as required
Professional Development & Team Support
Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Participate in team projects and contribute to departmental goals
Perform other related duties as assigned
What You Bring
College diploma or certificate in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Approximately 1 year of experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, or a related field
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and management tools
Experience creating content including copywriting, graphics, video, and multimedia assets
Familiarity with Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools
Basic knowledge of web design and HTML is considered an asset
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Strong interpersonal and public-facing communication skills
Adaptability and willingness to learn and embrace change
