Job Summary
We are looking for energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will help prepare food, serve customers, maintain cleanliness, and ensure every guest receives exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
- Take customer orders in person and over the phone
- Prepare pizzas, side dishes, and beverages according to company standards
- Operate POS system and process cash, debit, and credit transactions
- Assist with food preparation and ingredient stocking
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dining area, and workstations
- Follow food safety and health regulations
- Support team members during busy periods
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an asset but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
