Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Client Services Representative to support daily clinic operations, patient coordination, and administrative processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about delivering excellent patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage appointments, reminders, and scheduling (Walnut EMR & MindBody)
- Follow up on cancellations, no-shows, new referrals, and MVA inquiries/referrals
- Greet and check in patients (forms, billing, measurements, payments)
- Conduct Body Composition Analysis (BCA) tests
- Educate patients on available services and guide them in selecting appropriate care options
- Assist with Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) patient intake, documentation, and coordination
- Verify insurance, submit claims, and maintain records
- Upload and manage patient documents in EMR
- Coordinate lab requests and patient records
- Support clinic operations and liaise with the Medwize Healthcare and Sahara Place team
Qualifications:
- Diploma/degree in healthcare or medical office administration (preferred)
- Experience in a clinic or administrative role (preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Familiarity with EMR systems, insurance billing (preferred)
- Knowledge of Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) processes and coordination (required)
Schedule:
- Full-time or part-time
- Evening/weekend availability required

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
