Responsibilities

- Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to students and parents
- Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate students with diverse needs
- Maintain classroom organization and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to enhance student success
- Manage classroom time effectively to maximize instructional periods
- Support the social-emotional development of students through leadership and positive reinforcement
- Document student activities, progress reports, and other necessary records accurately
Skills
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar environment
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues
- Experience with children and understanding of child development principles
- Knowledge of early childhood education practices and special education strategies
- Ability to work well with children and adapt teaching methods accordingly
- Excellent organizational skills to manage classroom activities efficiently
- Strong writing skills for lesson planning, reports, and documentation
- Computer literacy including basic computer operation and educational software proficiency
- Effective classroom management skills combined with leadership qualities
- Time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities effectively
