Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Pricing Coordinator for a direct hire opportunity in the transportation and logistics industry in Etobicoke, ON. This role is well suited for a pricing, rating, or freight billing professional with experience in a 3PL or non-asset logistics environment who enjoys working with numbers, solving discrepancies, and supporting accurate transportation costing.
As a Pricing Coordinator, you will play an important role in reviewing freight charges, calculating transportation rates, supporting customer and carrier inquiries, and ensuring billing accuracy across road and rail shipments. Key Responsibilities
- Audit freight bills for accuracy, including rates, fuel, mileage, accessorial charges, and other transportation-related costs.
- Calculate shipping costs for road and rail services, including additional fees and service-related charges.
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies by reviewing documentation, rates, and shipment details.
- Communicate with interline partners, carriers, customers, and internal teams regarding pricing, routing, and additional charges.
- Provide shipping cost estimates, rate comparisons, and pricing support as needed.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and general administrative support related to pricing and billing.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $70,000 to $75,000 per year.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Location: Etobicoke, ON.
