Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Toronto Downtown in Canada. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our guest rooms, contributing significantly to our commitment to guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms according to established standards
- Ensure all amenities are replenished and rooms are well-stocked
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
- Assist with laundry duties as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar role is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques
