We are looking for an outgoing, confident, and energetic Part-time Guest Experience & Sales Associate to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with both children and parents, creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere, and delivering exceptional customer service. We're looking for someone who is comfortable starting conversations, building relationships with families, and confidently recommending memberships, birthday party packages, and retail products when appropriate.
This position is ideal for college or university students looking for a long-term part-time opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Welcome every guest with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
- Create a positive and memorable experience for children and their families.
- Build rapport with parents and confidently introduce memberships, birthday party packages, promotions, and retail products.
- Answer customer questions and provide recommendations based on their needs.
- Process check-ins, payments, and transactions using the POS system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment throughout the facility.
- Assist with birthday parties and special events.
- Restock merchandise and keep displays neat and attractive.
- Respond to customer inquiries in person and over the phone professionally.
- Work as a team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
Qualifications
- Outgoing, confident, and enjoys talking to people.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Positive attitude with a proactive and energetic personality.
- Comfortable recommending products and services in a natural, customer-focused way.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English is required; Mandarin is an asset.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Experience working with children is an asset, but not required.
- Must be able to reliably commute to our location.
- Must be available to work afternoon and evening shifts (approximately 3:30 PM – 8:30 PM), including weekends.
