Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! The ideal candidate is someone who will be able to build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication while working at our Welcome Desk.
Do you like talking on the phone? Responding to emails? Helping people get what they want? Do you have an eye for design and apparel? Do you have working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop?

Duties
- Greet & communicate with customers through various channels including phone, email, and in person
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide information on products and services including quotations
-Create graphics and product mock ups for approval
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
-Order entry and order processing
-Collaborate with coworkers in customer service and production to ensure every project is completed to customers satisfaction
-Pick up notifications and assisting customers with pick ups
-Shipping
-Housekeeping of the welcome desk, reception and pick up area
-Opening and closing procedures
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell and/or suggest products or services
- Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
- Ability to analyze situations and provide appropriate solutions
- Phone, in person and email etiquette skills for professional customer interactions
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
