Title: Team Leader
Location: 700 Ormont Dr, North York ON, M9L 2V4
Shift time: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM & 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM

Position Summary
The Team Leader assists the production supervisor in executing daily production demands in a safe and efficient manner. In addition to regular assigned functions within the operation, the team leader supports delegation of duties, staffing assignments, employee training, production report and ensures that all company policies and procedures are always followed in order to meet production goals.

High school diploma or equivalent.

1-2 years of experience in similar position

Valid forklift license
Job Knowledge and Skills

Entry level computer literacy

Demonstrated leadership, problem solving, verbal and written communication skills

Working knowledge of plant processes and procedure and some understanding of material classifications & identification

Knowledge of plant processes and procedures, including strong understanding of material classification and identification

Working understanding with Health & Safety, Employment Standards and Compliance Legislation.
