ALL-OUT BURGER in Kanata is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated team members to join our vibrant food service team. We are hiring for front of house and back of house.

Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Serve customers efficiently and courteously at the counter or drive-thru
- Handle food with proper safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist in meal preparation, including assembling ingredients and maintaining prep stations
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas throughout shifts
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure a safe dining experience for all guests
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and meal preparation techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending
- A passion for the food industry and delivering excellent customer service
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
