Job Summary
Royston Mini Mart is seeking a friendly and organized Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs
- Operate cash register and handle cashiering duties accurately
- Restock shelves and merchandise displays to ensure attractive presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including cleaning tasks
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment as needed
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Support merchandising efforts to promote sales and product visibility
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient store operations
Requirements
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills are essential
- Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of merchandising, cleaning, and basic maintenance tasks is advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evening & weekends
- Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to providing excellent customer service
Pay: From $18.25 per hour
