Looking for an experienced flooring installer/journeyman. Preferably someone who's been thinking about going on their own but are not quite ready yet.
Must be:
1- Able to speak English fluently and comfortably for dealing with customers of all kinds.
2- Pay Attention to detail. Pay attention to detail.
3- A minimum of 3 years experience laying down vinyl plank, laminate, engineered hardwood.
4- Can install baseboards.
5- As some knowledge of self leveling practices.
6- Be on TIME.
7- Must be a hard worker.
8- Quick on their feet.

If everything works out, earnings can be discussed and raised depending on qualifications. If you do not possess a vehicle or you do but would prefer to use a company vehicle, that can be arranged with time as well.
