Job Summary
k4 Cleaning is seeking a dedicated and energetic part-time cleaning technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. Your attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to work efficiently will contribute to the overall success of our cleaning operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in delivering high-quality service.
Own Vehicle will be an asset , we do pay gas money every Monday morning .
Company vehicle may be available also.
Pay increase after 3 months trial / training
We now have an opportunity for commercial night cleaning starting at $27 per hour !
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces using appropriate tools and supplies
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete tasks such as scrubbing, polishing, and detailed cleaning
- Conduct facilities maintenance tasks including minor repairs and upkeep to ensure optimal conditions
- Operate heavy lifting equipment when necessary to move furniture or equipment safely
- Follow established cleaning procedures to meet health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to coordinate schedules and address specific cleaning needs
- Manage time efficiently to complete daily assignments within designated timeframes
Skills
- Experience in commercial cleaning or residential preferred
- Strong facilities maintenance skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members and clients
- Good time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
