Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily restaurant operations.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of servers, cooks, kitchen helpers, and other staff.
- Assist with recruiting, training, scheduling, and performance management of employees.
- Monitor food quality, customer service, and workplace cleanliness.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain inventory and order food, beverages, and restaurant supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and liquor regulations.
- Assist in preparing budgets, controlling costs, and monitoring revenues.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities to increase sales.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain business records.
Employment Requirements
- Secondary (high school) graduation certificate.
