Capital Budget Analyst

Raise is currently hiring a contract team member on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader.
Overview
The Primary focus of this role is to analyze and provide management information for STO Capital maintenance
Responsibilities

Track and Analyze STO Capital Maintenance spend in support of the STO Management team.

Track monthly cashflow and project future months activity
-
Work directly with STO Planning team to build efficiency and effectiveness between planning and execution of Capital Maintenance plans

Responsible for C55 forecast, outlook and budget preparation and update

Monitor and tracking of execution metrics

Support Capital maintenance day to day issues – AFE and SAP project creation, release, and TECO processes – Spend report generation – creation of journal entries – Generate SRO’s, initiate Work Orders

Ad Hoc reporting and analysis support to STO management team, regulatory reporting and analysis, strategic business opportunities,

Develop and maintain relationships with Operations teams, Project managers, STO Operations and Maintenance Engineering, Asset management, STO Planning, Finance, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain,
Qualifications
- Post Secondary degree/diploma – Business Administration or Accounting Focus

Must have accounting experience

Oracle, C55, SAP, Excel, PowerPoint Skills, Markview

System/excel based analytical experience
-
Self-starter, team player, able to work with minimal supervision

Operations knowledge/Business Experience
-
An ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal with all levels of personnel.

Problem solver and customer service-oriented individual
