JOB SUMMARY:
The Heavy Equipment Operator will have the ability to competently operate skid steer, loader, excavator or rubber tier backhoe. They will report to a Lead Hand/Foreman to assist in the installation of electrical and underground utilities.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work 5 - 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday), 8 - 10 hours a day.
- Operate the equipment as required such as skid steer, loader, rubber tire backhoe and excavator.
- Dig, backfill, and sand trenches with heavy equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance procedures on equipment.
- Adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Player
- Perform labour tasks as needed.
- Site setup and cleanup.
- Adapt to changing priorities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license & reliable transportation required.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs - 75lbs .
- Ability to stand, kneel, crouch, bend and walk.
- Willing & able to work in all weather conditions.
