Growth Boss is looking for a driven and ambitious Outbound Sales Development Representative to help us create new business opportunities across North America.
This role is for someone who enjoys the hunt. You know how to start conversations, handle rejection, stay consistent, and turn cold outreach into qualified sales meetings.
You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, representing Growth Boss through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
You'll work closely with our sales and marketing team to test messaging, improve outreach sequences, qualify opportunities, and book sales-ready meetings.

Core Responsibilities
- Research and identify target accounts aligned with Growth Boss's ideal customer profile.
- Execute outbound campaigns through phone, email, LinkedIn, and CRM sequences.
- Start conversations with business owners, founders, marketing leaders, and decision-makers.
- Qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timing.
- Schedule discovery calls for the senior sales team.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and report on outreach activity, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
- Continuously improve scripts, messaging, and objection handling based on performance.
Qualifications
- Fluent English proficiency is mandatory. You will communicate directly with prospects and clients through phone, email, and video.
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, SDR, inside sales, outbound sales, appointment setting, or a similar role.
- Experience selling digital marketing, agency services, SaaS, or B2B services is a strong plus.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and sending personalized outreach.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Apollo.io, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, resilience, and coachability.
- Self-directed, organized, and motivated by performance.

Compensation
This role operates on a performance-based compensation structure, combining commission opportunities with base pay eligibility based on monthly performance thresholds.
Commission payouts are tied directly to individual performance, including qualified meetings booked, opportunities generated, and closed deals.
Higher performance unlocks higher earning potential.
