Turkish Kebab House is looking for an experienced and hands-on Front of House Manager to lead our busy restaurant. This role requires a strong leader who is passionate about hospitality, team development, and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of restaurant management experience (8+ years preferred)
- Experience managing high-volume, full-service restaurants
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing.
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of 20–23 employees.
- Prepare staff schedules and ensure proper staffing at all times.
- Maintain exceptional guest service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
- Monitor daily cleaning tasks completed by servers and runners.
- Enforce company policies and improve operational procedures when needed.
- Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and time records.
- Oversee restaurant supplies and inventory, including bar inventory control.
- Work closely with the kitchen and ownership to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
