Key Responsibilities:
- Serving Tables - Manage your own section while delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Confidently recommend food and beverage options, including wine features
- Support the training and development of team members
- Assist with day-to-day restaurant operations alongside the management team
- Oversee service flow ensuring smooth and efficient operations
- Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and organization

Requirements:
- 2–3 years of serving experience (required)
- Minimum 1 year of management or leadership experience
- Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Wine knowledge and bartending experience are considered assets
- Valid Smart Serve certification
