Key Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently using pick lists, product codes, quantity requirements, and expiry date checks.
- Rotate inventory using FIFO procedures and report shortages, discrepancies, or product issues to the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Build safe, secure pallets according to shipping requirements, including applying special labels and following pallet instructions.
- Complete daily forklift and warehouse equipment inspections while following all safety procedures.
- Support daily productivity and accuracy targets by maintaining organized, efficient picking and staging practices.
- Assist with cycle counts, general warehouse duties, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour.
- Annual Salary Range: $39,520 to $40,560 per year.
