Hawthorne Cleaning Systems is looking to grow its Pressure Washer and Floor Scrubber Service Department. We are seeking an experienced Pressure Washer Service Technician with strong electrical and mechanical skills to diagnose, repair, service, and maintain commercial and industrial pressure washing equipment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while delivering high-quality service to customers.
Salary:
Hourly $25 -$30/H
Job Type:
Full Time, Monday – Friday, 7am – 5pm, Flexible hours

Qualifying Candidates Should Have:
- 4+ years of experience servicing pressure washers or similar equipment
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
- Solid electrical knowledge, including basic wiring, motors, and control systems
- Experience working with small engines (gas and diesel)
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and service manuals
- Proficiency with hand tools and diagnostic equipment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a shop or field environment
Job Requirements:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair pressure washing equipment, including hot and cold water units
- Service and maintain gas, diesel, and electric pressure washers
- Perform electrical diagnostics and repairs (motors, switches, wiring, control panels, sensors)
- Perform mechanical repairs (pumps, engines, burners, belts, valves, hoses)
- Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment reliability
- Test equipment after repairs to ensure proper operation and safety
- Accurately document repairs, parts used, and service reports
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding issues, repairs, and maintenance recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow company safety procedures and industry best practices
