We are expanding and looking for a commercial/residential HVAC tech to help open an expansion so we can offer both plumbing and HVAC services.
Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Supervisor/ site lead to lead our team in Edmonton, Jasper and surrounding areas. This pivotal role involves overseeing HVAC projects, ensuring quality standards, and supporting our company's growth in the mechanical services industry. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of HVAC installation and maintenance projects.
- Material take offs and mark outs.
- AC and furnace services
- Oversee compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Manage schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for multiple projects.
- Provide technical guidance and support to technicians.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed
- Assist in training and mentoring apprentices
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in HVAC systems and supervision.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Knowledge of safety regulations in the mechanical industry.
- Certification ticket or licensing relevant to HVAC
- Experience with construction, service and commercial a huge asset.

Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour
