Ideal Candidate
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Comfortable taking initiative and following through independently
- Experience with farms, horse properties, landscaping, property management, construction coordination, or estate management is an asset
- Able to communicate professionally and respectfully in an established work environment
- Comfortable working in situations where operational habits and routines may need improvement
- Hands-on mentality with attention to detail
- Able to balance diplomacy with accountability
Position Details
- Reports directly to the owner
