What You Bring:
2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service
Fluency in both English and French (written and verbal). Fluency in English is required for this position, given its nature, which involves oral and written communication with clients and patients across Canada
Strong communication skills, active listening, professional telephone etiquette, with the ability to clearly convey information, and empathize with patients and clinics
Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative mindset with a willingness to assist colleagues and contribute to team success
You are energetic, personable, open-minded, and caring
