Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
- Prepare and serve drinks responsibly, ensuring proper bartending techniques and food handling procedures
- Manage cash handling duties, including cashiering and processing payments efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space in compliance with food safety standards
- Monitor guest needs, respond promptly to requests, and ensure a positive dining experience
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including inventory checks and restocking supplies
Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant service, bartending, or food industry roles with a focus on customer service excellence
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS for order entry and transaction processing
- Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, proper food handling, and sanitation practices
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, billing, and change calculation
- Excellent communication skills to engage with guests and team members professionally
- Experience in cashiering, serving, or bartending roles preferred but not required; willingness to learn is valued highly
