Overview of the Position

The Receptionist is responsible for providing reception and general administrative services to Princess Auto Team Members and Guests. This is a part-time position, generally 20 hours per week, with flexible shifts. Full time hours will be required on occasion to cover for vacations.

Answers all incoming calls in a timely and professional manner and transfers to the appropriate person or department
Greets visitors and provides direction, ensures knowledge of movement in and out of the building
Receives and disburses mail
Performs administrative duties as needed
Other special projects as assigned by Leader

To be successful in this role, you will need to:
1 -2 years’ experience in an office setting
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and the ability to operate a switchboard
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Bilingual (English/French) an asset
