Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Plumber to join our construction and maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, schematics, and various tools to ensure efficient and safe operations. The Plumber will work closely with other trades and team members to deliver high-quality results in a timely manner.
Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in accordance with blueprints and schematics
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to ensure proper installation and repair procedures
- Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy lifting techniques safely and effectively
- Perform maintenance on HVAC systems related to plumbing components when necessary
- Conduct inspections to identify leaks, blockages, or system failures and troubleshoot issues efficiently
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure plumbing work aligns with project specifications and safety standards
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used
- Ensure compliance with all local codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in plumbing, construction, or maintenance roles with knowledge of plumbing systems
- Mechanical knowledge including HVAC systems, schematics reading, and blueprint interpretation
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and carpentry skills
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work in physically demanding environments
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to installation tasks
- Familiarity with schematics and assembly instructions for complex systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently
- Valid driver’s license preferred for site access; willingness to travel as required
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various weather conditions

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00-$48.00 per hour
