Dishwasher / Busser / Kitchen Assistant
The Lab by Mill Town Roasters is looking for a reliable, hardworking team member to join our back-of-house team.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on position perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy and takes pride in keeping a kitchen running smoothly. You'll play an important role in supporting both our kitchen and front-of-house teams while helping maintain a clean, organized environment for our staff and guests.
Responsibilities
- Washing dishes, cookware, utensils and kitchen equipment
- Bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area
- Assisting with basic food preparation and kitchen tasks
- Restocking kitchen and service stations
- Sweeping, mopping and maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant
- Taking out garbage and recycling
- Assisting chefs and kitchen staff as needed
- Supporting opening and closing duties

- Can lift up to 50 lbs

Availability
Applicants must be available to work a variety of shifts, including both days, evenings, weekends and holidays. Flexibility is essential as this position supports breakfast, lunch and evening service.
