What you’ll do
-
Establishes, implements, and communicates the strategic direction of operations for assigned companies.

Collaborates with management committee and stakeholders to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on operations projects and systems.

Collaborates with portfolio companies, partners and departments to carry out assigned organization’s goals and objectives.

Identifies, recommends, and implements new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes and use of resources and materials.

Ensures that departmental decisions and business plans such as those for staffing, development, organization, resource efficiency, partnerships, equipment, and facilities are in line with the organizations’ business plan and vision.

Establishes, communicates, and implements operations-related policies, practices, standards, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent support and execution within portfolio companies.

Reviews and approves cost-control reports, cost estimates, and staffing requirements for portfolio companies.

Presents periodic performance reports and metrics to the Managing Partner and other stakeholders.

Maintains knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in operations management.

Identifies training needs and ensures proper training is developed and provided.

Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in operations management, including 3-5 years in a leadership or management role.

Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and managing large teams.

Previous experience in a senior management or leadership role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Able to multitask and meet tight deadlines.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions.

Proven track record of driving operational excellence, financial performance, and guest satisfaction in a multi-unit environment.
