Position: Lube Technician

About the Role
We are looking for motivated and reliable Oil Change Technicians to join our team in Oakville. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of hands-on experience in oil changes and general automotive technician work.

Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes and routine vehicle maintenance services
- Inspect vehicles and identify basic maintenance or service requirements
- Check and replace fluids, filters, and other basic automotive components
- Follow proper safety procedures and company standards
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy
- Recommend additional maintenance services when required
- Work effectively as part of a team
Requirements
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in oil changes or automotive technician work
- Hands-on automotive service experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- No specific certification is required
Schedule
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
Compensation
Starting Pay: $18/hour + Commission
With strong performance and productivity, technicians have the opportunity to earn up to approximately $26/hour, depending on commission.
