Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients, demonstrating products, and driving sales growth across various channels. Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features effectively to facilitate informed purchasing decisions
- Manage merchandising displays to attract customer attention and optimize product placement
- Operate POS systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
- Maintain organized sales areas and ensure product availability through effective inventory management
- Utilize strong phone etiquette to follow up with clients and generate new leads
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and improve overall store performance
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales, technical sales, or merchandise merchandising is preferred
- Bilingual skills (English plus additional languages) are highly advantageous for serving diverse customer groups
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math for accurate transactions
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer engagement techniques
- Demonstrated ability in upselling, time management, organizational skills, and product demonstrations
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills is desirable
