The role
We're looking for a Medical Aesthetician who takes real pride in their work. You'll perform advanced skin treatments including microneedling, chemical peels, and Bela MD, lead skin consultations, and build personalized treatment and home-care plans using medical-grade skincare. You'll work alongside our medical team and play a central part in delivering the results — and the experience — our clients come to us for.
What you'll do
- Perform advanced skin treatments including microneedling, chemical peels, Bela MD, and related modalities, safely and to a consistently high standard
- Lead thorough skin consultations and assessments, and build personalized treatment plans that clients understand and trust
- Recommend and guide clients through medical-grade home-care routines that support their in-clinic results
- Deliver a warm, polished, luxury client experience at every visit, from the first hello to the follow-up
- Maintain immaculate treatment rooms and follow all sanitation, documentation, and clinical protocols
- Collaborate closely with our medical team, and participate in ongoing training as we grow your skill set
What you bring
- A diploma or certification in aesthetics or medical aesthetics from a recognized program
- Hands-on experience performing microneedling and chemical peels independently; experience with Bela MD or a similar skin-health platform is an asset
- Strong knowledge of skin analysis, Fitzpatrick typing, contraindications, and treatment safety
- A warm, professional presence and a natural hospitality mindset — you make people feel cared for
- Coachability and a real desire to keep learning and mastering your craft
- 3+ years of clinical or medical spa experience preferred

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
