Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic and professional Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and their pets, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a brand new Hospital.
Duties
- Greet clients and their pets warmly and assist with check-in procedures
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk
- Process payments, invoices, and maintain accurate client records
- Coordinate communication between clients, veterinarians, and staff
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Requirements
- Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and knowledge of Ezyvet veterinary software systems is a plus
- Ability to handle animals with care and compassion
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.50-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week

Experience:
- Veterinary Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- EZYVET software: 1 year (required)
