We are seeking an experienced MIG Welder to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welding metal components according to drawings and quality standards while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
- Perform MIG welding on steel and metal components.
- Read and interpret blueprints and welding drawings.
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met.
- Operate welding equipment and related tools safely.
- Grind, clean, and prepare materials for welding.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Follow all health and safety procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Previous MIG welding experience.
- Ability to read blueprints and measuring tools.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- CWB certification is an asset but not required.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
