KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Consultant/Manager (Functional), Microsoft Dynamics D365 Finance for our Consulting practice.
What you will do:
Lead and participate in Microsoft Dynamics D365 Finance transformations with a focus on solution strategy, implementation and process optimization
Collaborate with the client and project team to gather thorough understanding of the client's business to analyze, design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance ERP solution
Review business requirements, perform fit/gap analysis and document functional specifications
Configure the D365 Finance ERP modules, participate in data migration, testing and security configuration activities
Execute the day-to-day activities of Microsoft Dynamics D365 Finance advisory engagements for a variety of clients including process design, implementation lifecycle assistance and project reviews
Identify and communicate findings to senior management and client personnel
What you bring to this role:
Minimum of five years of experience as a Functional Lead or Solution Architect with Microsoft Dynamics D365 Finance implementation or upgrade experience, with a focus on delivering successful projects to meet client’s transformation goals
Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal in English and French
Excellent business analysis and workshop facilitation skills with ability to train stakeholders
Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance ERP functionality, in addition to a good working knowledge of other Microsoft platforms that closely integrate with Dynamics 365
Must have strong working knowledge across all D365 Finance related modules, including: Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, Credit and collections, General ledger, Tax, Cash and Bank, Budgeting and Fixed assets with experience implementing Intercompany accounting and Consolidations
Must have experience of using Financial reporting tool
Knowledge of Inventory and manufacturing costing and accounting and experience with Human Resources, Payroll or Project Accounting is an asset
Experience leading functional design discussions, configuration and process documentation with a detailed understanding of D365 Finance system concepts
Thorough understanding of Finance processes and leading practices with solid knowledge of recommended ISV's
Ability to travel up to 80%
