Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Remote Medical Technician (RMT) to join our innovative healthcare support team. Duties
- Manage and update employee health records using HRIS platforms such as Workday, Ceridian, or UltiPro to ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Support talent acquisition and onboarding processes by coordinating interviews, data collection, and applicant tracking through ATS systems like Lever or iCIMS
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating training & development sessions for healthcare staff, utilizing project management tools to track progress
- Facilitate employee relations by addressing inquiries related to HR policies, payroll (using systems like Dayforce or Kronos), and benefits administration
- Conduct data entry and maintain comprehensive records related to employee certifications, licensing, and compliance requirements
- Support change management initiatives by communicating updates effectively across HRIS platforms such as Oracle HCM or SAP SuccessFactors
- Collaborate with recruitment teams on human resources sourcing strategies and assist in onboarding new hires efficiently
Skills
- Proficiency with HRIS systems including Workday, Ceridian, UltiPro, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, or ADP
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills for clear interactions with team members, candidates, and stakeholders
- Experience with recruiting tools such as Lever, iCIMS, or ATS platforms for talent acquisition efforts
- Knowledge of payroll systems like Dayforce or Kronos to support accurate compensation processing
- Familiarity with training & development programs and data collection methods for employee growth initiatives
- Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently with attention to detail in data entry and record keeping
- Understanding of human resources management principles including employee relations and HR sourcing strategies
