What You Bring to the Table:
- Power Sports Experience – Hands-on experience with motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, snowmobiles, or dirt bikes.
- Tool Ready – Equipped with your own tools and confident in using them effectively!
- Independent & Self-Motivated – Able to work independently while maintaining consistent high-quality results.
- Strong Multitasker – Comfortable shifting gears between managing repairs, diagnostics, and priorities.
- Skilled Troubleshooter – Focused on accurate diagnosis and efficient problem-solving, with openness to collaboration when needed.
- Physically Capable – Able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle the physical demands of the role.
- Team-Oriented – Works well with others and contributes positively to the team environment.
- Reliable & Dependable – Consistently shows up ready to work and supports the crew!
- Passion for Power Sports – motorcycles, ATVs, scooters or side by sides – if you love it, you get it!
