Responsibilities
- Greet customers and guide them through recommended services.
- Perform services such as oil changes, air filter and cabin filter replacements, fluid top-ups, and wiper blade installations.
- Verify service steps and communicate with teammates to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with service documentation and part verification.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in line with Take 5 standards.
- Deliver a friendly, professional, and efficient customer experience.
Qualifications
- Previous automotive or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn and follow established procedures.
- Flexible availability (evenings and weekends an asset).
